At 2,000 metres, Les Chalets du Soleil puts you high in the mountains with ski-in, ski-out access, cracking views and the whole Three Valleys ski area at your feet. Not a bad spot to call home for the week.
The residence sits in a quieter part of Les Menuires, with the lifts and ski school meeting points just 50 to 100 metres away. So there’s no hauling skis halfway across the resort before you’ve even had a coffee. The resort centre is around 1.5km away, with a free shuttle stopping right outside, while bars and restaurants are just 200 to 300 metres away.
Inside there’s plenty of traditional Savoyard style, with wood and stone mixed with modern, comfortable apartments. Most have a private balcony or terrace with mountain views. It’s a great choice for families and groups after a more relaxed base away from the livelier side of the resort.
After skiing, give the legs a break in the steam room or head for the lounge. There’s also ski storage with boot warmers because cold ski boots should be illegal plus free WIFI and laundry facilities. You can even order fresh bakery treats for delivery each morning. Fresh bread, warm boots and the slopes outside the door. Hard to argue with that

from 3 to 30 months and is situated in the Piou-Piou club at the Croisette. It is open from 09.00 to 12.15 and 14.00 to 17.15

***Please Note: Reservations are necessary 3 weeks in advance (Nursery has limited places). For children under 20 months, a medical certificate is required stating that the child can be looked after in a nursery environment (with other children) and at an altitude of over 1800 metres, with your child's health booklet.
Group Lessons
Group course for
4 to 6 years. Your children can learn how to ski in our enclosed garden at the Piou-Piou Club. Our teaching material is adapted for childrens use (mini drag lift, conveyor belt).
This is run Sunday to Friday. 2 hours 45 minutes in the morning and 2hours 30 minutes in the afternoon.
