Kaprun is well located at the foot of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier and, together with nearby Zell am See, makes up the well known Europa Sport Region. The village itself is built with traditional Austrian architecture which means you can enjoy your holiday while surrounded by the perfect Tyrolean ambience. Due to its variety of accommodation it is one of the more reasonably priced Austrian ski resorts.
Kaprun offers fantastic ski and boarding opportunities for all ages and abilities with access to 130km of pistes. These opportunities are split up over three main areas - a local area on the Maiskogel, the glacial slopes of the Kitzsteinhorn and the Schmittenhohe Mountain in Zell am See. The local slopes are easily accessible from the village while nearby Zell am See can be reached by the local bus service and all the slopes are covered on one lift pass.

Mini Club
Children can start skiing in the Mini Club from ages 3 to 4 years Here they are taught how to ski through half day lessons.

Childrens Club
In the Childrens Club ski lessons are provided for children aged 5 years +. The Childrens Club can accommodate beginners, intermediates and advanced skiers. Ideally the lesson times and meeting points are the same as for adults and there will be a maximum of 10 Kids in a group!
