Food: Catalan cuisine made from grilled and barbecued meat is popular with the locals. Eating out is very reasonable with an evening meal from €9.

Drink: Even though Andorra is a duty free country, all alcoholic drinks are cheaper when bought in a supermarket. Local spirits and beers are relatively cheap in bars.

Language: The official language is Catalan, however Spanish, French and English are widely understood.
