Like its neighbour Lake Bled, Lake Bohinj ski resort offers visitors some magnificent and stunning vistas over the Julian Alps. Winter sport enthusiasts can enjoy the good beginners and early intermediate skiing available in the local Vogel and Kobla ski centers.
As an alternative to other ski resorts in France and Austria, Lake Bohinj skiing sets a more relaxing pace that will give you a chance to concentrate your energy on exploring the surrounding ski area without the distraction of a more active and energetic après ski scene. The slopes offer a varying degree of difficulty to keep you busy for the duration of your Lake Bohinj ski holiday.
As an alternative to the on slope skiing and snowboarding available you can also try some of the many activities available that includes sleigh rides, skijoring (skiing with a horse!), winter mountain biking, tobogganing, ice climbing and much more.
While in the Kindergarten children can take the first steps with our skis on while playing in the snow and for older brothers and sisters we also organize children's beginner or intermediate ski groups. This is open daily from 10.00 to 14.00
