The residence consists of 3 small chalet-style modern buildings facing south, located close to the village centre and a shopping arcade with restaurants. It has a spectacular view of the Fare waterfall. Ski lifts are 400m away and can be reached by an escalator or a free shuttle.

All apartments come with fully equipped kitchen area: 2 electric hotplates, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, bathroom, television (paying), separated toilets, balcony and bed linen is included. Please note that some two bed apartments are duplex style.

  • Beds are not made on arrival.
  • The main reception is open: Sunday to Friday (09.00 to 12.00 and 17.00 to 19.00).
  • An optional end of stay cleaning service (except kitchen area and washing-up) is available and payable locally.
  • Check-in after 17.00, check-out before 10.00
  • The main reception is open: Saturday (07.30 to 22.00).
  • A deposit of EUR200 per apartment is required on arrival and shall be refunded on your departure.
  • Towels can be hired locally.
