The comfortable residence, consisting of a single building, lies at the the Vars les Claux resort exit only 100m from the "Le Point Show" Centre. It is 500m from the resort centre and 100m from the shops.

All apartments come fully equipped with a small kitchen containing at least 2 hotplates, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and electric coffee maker. Balcony (equipped with 2 deckchairs and one coffee table). Telephone. Paying TV. Vacuum cleaner. Bathroom or shower-room/ toilet.
