Chalet Laponia sleeps 8/9 guests in four en-suite bedrooms located on 2 floors. The stairs down to 3 bedrooms are a little steep. This traditional French, homely chalet has charming décor and a light, spacious lounge with a glass-fronted, log-burning stove and comfortable seating. There is a separate dining room and a door leading from the kitchen gives access to a balcony with views across the valley. The lounge area has a CD player.
This chalet is set amongst the trees, Chalet Laponia is a 3 minute walk to the village centre and the nearest bus stop is 75m away.
The Ski Beat courtesy bus operates from about 100m away.
La Plagne 1800 is 1 of 11 villages than make up the La Plagne ski resort. Plagne 1800 has a small selection of bars and restaurants, ski school and hire shops. For guests looking more lively apres ski the resort runs a free bus service until midnight to Plagne Centre and Plagne Bellecote Plagne 1800 has the advantages of a high altitude resort with the charm of a more traditional alpine village, unlike the other neighbouring villages. La Plagne is linked to Les Arcs ski area making the Paradiski area which is an amazing French ski area suitable for all abilities. There are 2 lifts out of town, 1 brings you to Plagne centre and the other in Aime 2000 direction, both very easily accessed from our chalets.
