Flaine village is located in the Northern French Alps and offers access to one of the biggest ski and snowboard areas in France. “Le Grand Massif” ski area has up to 265km of slopes and is popular with both skiers and snowboarders alike. Flaine ski resort is well known for its great snow record and, with a mix of gentle green or steep runs, everyone is taken care of.
Ideally most of the ski accommodation in Flaine is located on the doorstep of the pedestrianised centre and most offer also doorstep skiing. This, combined with the nursery slopes being located in the village centre, makes the resort attractive to families.
