Les Balcons du Soleil
Les Balcons du Soleil comprises the “Néva”, “Chapka”, “Douchka”, “Elinka” and "Saskia 1" (recently renovated) buildings. These apartments offer high quality comfortable accommodation right in the heart of the traffic-free resort of Avoriaz. They are also ideally located close to the cable car which means you will have direct access to the slopes!
The studios consist of a living area with two single sofa beds and a cabin in the hall with two bunk beds.
The apartments for 4 people comprise a living room with two single sofa beds and a bedroom with a double bed.
The 1 bedroom apartments for 5 have a double bedroom, two single sofa beds and one pull out bed in a living room.
The 1/2 bedroom apartments have an aditional cabin with 2 bunk beds and a shower room. Some of the apartments are duplex.
Each apartment has a fully equipped Kitchenette and bathroom. Bed linen, towels and cleaning kits are included. A television and end of stay cleaning (not kitchen) are also included.

The Annie Famose Children's Village
We can mind children aged 3 to 16 years. From the age of three, a child will get used to his or her first skis, become self sufficient, and discover all the fun of snow. Children aged 6 + will be split into classes dependent on their skiing ability.
