Chalet Marmotton sleeps 10 in five bedrooms, all of which have full en-suite facilities, which are spread over the 1st and 2nd floor. The rooms are of standard size and are finished in traditional style. 1 room is on the 2nd floor which is accessible by a lift and is suitable for disabled guests. Access to the chalet is from the 3rd floor which is at road level. The lounge and dining area located on the 2nd floor has a warm ambience with comfortable seating around the glass-fronted log-burning stove, and large windows enable guests to view the amazing scenery from the comforts of this alpine lounge, which is also equipped with Wi-Fi and CD player. Dramatic views can be appreciated from the west facing balcony.

Chalet Marmotton is 150m from the 6-person chairlift, the ski school meeting point and the Vanoise Express cable car to la Plagne.

Plan Peisey is an old hamlet full of charm located at 1650m and offers skiers the best location to enjoy the Les Arcs and La Plagne ski areas, known as the Paradiski area. Easy lift access is available throughout the village for the Les Arcs ski area, and the Vanoise Express is the lift that links Les Arcs and La Plagne. Although small in size the Peisey offers a good number of bars, 2 shopping centres, and restaurants, and for those seeking just a little bit more - Vallandry is located 10 minutes away. The skiing back to Plan Peisey is very scenic through the trees which offer shelter in bad conditions.
